How much do I earn per referral?
$500 gift card per referral that results in a closed transaction. There's no limit — refer as many people as you'd like.
Do I need a real estate license?
No! Our referral program is for anyone — friends, family, colleagues, neighbors. You do NOT need a real estate license.
When do I get paid?
Your $500 gift card is sent within 7 days of closing. We'll email you a confirmation when the transaction closes.
What areas are covered?
All 5 NYC boroughs (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island) plus Nassau County and Suffolk County on Long Island.
What if my friend is already working with an agent?
The referral must be someone not already in an active buyer/seller agreement with another agent. First-time introductions only.
Referral Reward Terms
*A $500 gift card is issued only when a referred party completes a closed real estate transaction (a purchase or sale that reaches closing) in which Gadura Real Estate, LLC acts as the representing brokerage. No reward is earned for a referral, introduction, consultation, or listing that does not result in a closed, commission-paying transaction. The referred party must be a new client who is not already represented by, or under an exclusive agreement with, another broker or agent, and must identify the referrer as their referral source at first contact. One reward per closed transaction. The referrer must be at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S. resident. The gift card is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, and may be treated as taxable income — the referrer is solely responsible for any applicable taxes. Rewards are paid within 7 days of closing. Gadura Real Estate, LLC reserves the right to verify eligibility and to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without notice. Void where prohibited. This offer is not a solicitation of any person currently subject to an exclusive representation agreement with another brokerage.
